Returns Policy

At Pilates for All we do whatever we can to assure that you are satisfied from your purchase.

If you wish to replace or return a product, this must be done within 14 business days by contacting us:

Working Hours 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Replacements beyond the aforesaid days and times will only be accepted in agreement with our company.

Replacement-return requirements

We pay close attention to the quality of the products that are shipped and take full responsibility for any defects at our products.

The product can be returned or replaced if:

  • It is defected.
  • the wrong product is shipped

In all the above cases the customer can return or replace the product according to the procedure that is specified above and the requirements are:

  • The packaging of the product must be the original
  • The product should not be removed, or any accessories that are included, from the package
  • To be in the same condition that it was at the time of the purchase. That is new, not washed, not used
  • Any product bought at a discount price or at the section “Offers” cannot be returned or replaced
  • Any product that was custom made, that means if the product was not manufactured entirely from the company or it was made exclusively for a specified customer, cannot be returned or replaced.

Shipping and Shipping costs in case of replacement-return

The expenses in case of wrong shipping are covered by the company

  • In case of return or exchange the shipping costs are covered by the client
  • If the return or exchange does not meet the requirements at the paragraph “Replacement-return requirements” the package will be returned to its sender at their own expense
  • The shipping costs of a returned product are covered by the client.

That is why, we recommend you to:

  • Trust your shipping at well-established shippers
  • Package carefully the product at a larger packaging for extra safety during the shipping
  • The company does not take responsibility in case of loss, theft or wrong shipment of the package that the customer sends for return/replace
  • Under no circumstances the receipt of return is accepted or the 
  • All products must be sent at our address
