Frame
The wooden frame features ergonomic curves on the legs and corners, giving the apparatus a sleek, lightweight appearance. Crafted entirely from 30mm thick birch plywood, combined with internal metal rails, the frame is fully reinforced. The result is an exceptionally sturdy, stable, and rigid structure—free from loose joints or distracting noises—engineered to deliver maximum durability for demanding daily professional use.

Moving Platform - Carriage
The moving carriage, measuring 59cm x 95cm and constructed from high-durability materials, allows you to comfortably perform prescribed exercises lying down, kneeling, sitting, or standing for users up to 150kg. The 8 wheels working in tandem with the internal metal track profile provide a smooth and silent glide. The high-density foam padding of the carriage ensures comfort during exercises, while the heavy-duty synthetic leather upholstery features antifungal and antibacterial protection and is available in a variety of colors. Additionally, using the stopper/gearbar setup, you can adjust the distance between the moving carriage and the footbar.
Foot Bar
The 75cm wide footbar provides the fastest and safest adjustment across five positions at 115°, 90°, 75°, 45°, or 25°, locking securely from both sides.
Springs & Springbase Assembly
The fixed base with two stepped spring attachment levels, combined with the five graduated resistance springs, allows for over 45 options for your desired resistance load. The fine-tuning capability of this system enables precise targeting when increasing or decreasing resistance.
Head Rest
The anatomical headrest provides three customized neck support positions.
Handles
The double loop straps are crafted from high-quality, cotton-textured fabric featuring an inner fleece lining to ensure ultimate comfort and a soft feel against the skin.

The Box expands your reformer exercise repertoire, enabling a wide range of movements in seated,
prone, supine, or side-lying positions. It delivers excellent core-strengthening and lateral stretching exercises,
while also providing a more comfortable setup for various seated movements.
The dimensions of the Medium Pilates Box are 40cm in width, 57cm in length, and 30cm in height, with a weight capacity of up to 120kg
JUMPBOARD
Το Jumpboard διευρύνει το ασκησιολόγιο στο Reformer σας. Εκτός από το ότι επιτρέπει cardio exercises η ορθοπεδική πλατφόρμα του επιτρέπει ασφαλή άλματα ως αναφορά τους γοφούς τα γόνατα και τους αστραγάλους. Το Jumpboard δίνει την δυνατότητα μιας βιομηχανικά ακριβής όρθιας θέσης ενώ ο ασκούμενος είναι ξαπλωμένος στο Reformer. Οι διαστάσεις του είναι πλάτος 65 εκ υψος 50 εκ.
Platform Extender
The Platform Extender for the Wood Curved Reformer is an accessory that extends the platform at the front of the Reformer, providing a larger surface area for standing, kneeling, or supine exercises. It enhances stability for movements such as bridges, lunges, and front splits, adding versatility to your Reformer repertoire.The Pilates Platform Extender is the ideal solution to enrich exercises in your studio while maintaining the functionality and aesthetics of your equipment.
Risers-Ropes System
The wooden rope risers are height-adjustable and, combined with the ropes, allow the swivel pulleys to apply resistance at variable angles in all directions
“Pilates Organa” guarantees that all the new equipment is free of manufacturing defects at its materials and work. The warranty is applied on the date of the invoice from the original purchase. The company is obliged though the repair or replacement of parts according to the terms of the warranty.
This warranty is applicable to the equipment:
- While still at the possession of the original buyer, which is proved with the receipt.
- If the upgrades are made as the company requires.
- The warranty will be void if the equipment is used for any purpose other than that intended.
- The warranty will be void if the owner did not comply with instructions and maintenance.
- If the equipment is misused or has undergone any alterations which is not approved by the company.
The warranty of the equipment, that we at “Pilates Organa” design and manufacture, is determined by the materials that are used. More precisely the warranty of each material is listed below:
Lifetime warranty for the (INOX) stainless steel 304-304L parts. Five (5) years warranty for the wooden parts. Fifteen (15) years warranty for the metal parts. Two (2) years warranty for parts that are made of aluminum. One (1) year warranty for straps, ropes, resistance bands, upholstery, and wheels. The company will, in its judgement, repair any of the parts, if the foresaid are malfunctioning due to any defects.
